About the Role

As a Laserfiche Solution Consultant, you will be part of our technical consulting team responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and documenting business process automation solutions using the Laserfiche platform.

Working within an Agile delivery team, you will help build forms, workflows, records management solutions, and automated business processes that solve real-world challenges for local governments.

You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and fellow consultants to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and our Definition of Done.

Success in this role means contributing to sprint commitments, owning outcomes, communicating with purpose, and continuously improving the way we deliver solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex processes into simple, effective solutions and takes pride in delivering work that creates meaningful outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Solution Design & Workflow Automation

Design and configure Laserfiche Forms, Workflows, repositories, metadata structures, and security models.
Translate business requirements and user stories into practical automation solutions.
Develop workflows and business processes that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and solution design discussions.
Collaborate with team members to deliver sprint commitments.

What You’ll Bring

Required

Experience designing and configuring Laserfiche Forms and Workflows.
Experience with business process automation and workflow design.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively within an Agile team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly Desirable

Laserfiche Cloud experience.
Records management or information governance experience.
Municipal, government, or public sector experience.
Experience with integrations and APIs.
Laserfiche certifications.
