Lauren is a planning and implementation consultant who has been with Government Frameworks since early 2019. Her educational background is diverse, including degrees in the humanities, biology, and creative writing. Prior to her role with Government Frameworks, Lauren worked primarily in the non-profit sector, with experience in training, administration, and program development. As well as consulting, Lauren is the Training & Development Lead for Government Frameworks. She oversees the expansion of the Training & Development Program through the creation of training content and providing support to the GFW team. When working with customers, Lauren tailors training plans to each individual’s needs and helps people feel confident in their skills. She enjoys discovering creative solutions to problems and excels at explaining these solutions clearly and efficiently. Outside of work, Lauren spends her time reading, travelling, and volunteering with local rescue groups.
