Description

We are on the lookout for a Project Implementation & Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, translating business requirements into technically feasible solutions, and ensuring alignment with client objectives. Timely and budget-conscious delivery is crucial, as is the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Candidates must demonstrate the capability to hit the ground running in a dynamic environment, with opportunities for domestic and international travel within a rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities:

Project Implementation & Consulting:

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients;
  • Scope and translate business requirements solutions that are technically feasible, and meet client objectives;
  • Create, maintain, and project-related documents;
  • Provide project updates to the project stakeholders demonstrating progress and controlling scope;
  • Serve as the liaison between Government Frameworks and the client throughout the implementation phase;
  • Successfully identify and manage project risks;
  • Collaborate with the account manager to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate a seamless transition to the account manager upon completion of implementation;
  • Configure system as defined in project scope; Item
  • Conduct Data migration activities, cleansing, support and verification;
  • Ensure that all project records are kept in accordance with our record management policy;
  • Deliver end-user and admin training for our Local Government Framework©;
  • Maintain an expert-level knowledge of our Local Government Framework©;
  • Responsible for managing project budgets;
  • Ensuring that the project is delivered on time;
  • Identifying scope creep and issuing amendments to scope, if required;
  • Continual adaption to changing processes.

Other:

  • Uphold and comply with the company code of conduct, policy, and procedure;
  • Actively contribute to creating a positive, safe, and productive company culture;
  • Identify opportunities for upsell within the project implementation phase and refer to account manager;
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders;
  • Internal training, where required;
  • Actively engage and contribute to team meetings, planning sessions, and discussions.

Training and Development:

  • Conduct T&D Sessions.

  • An expert in software implementation, balancing technical requirements with client objectives and resources
  • A problem solver, anticipating challenges and proactively developing strategies for resolution.
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality in your work and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Accountable and transparent, learning from experiences and continually pursuing personal and professional growth.
  • Autonomous yet collaborative, managing tasks independently while seeking and optimizing resources as needed.
  • Dedicated to continuous learning, applying new skills and knowledge to enhance job performance.
  • Innovative and adaptable, always looking for creative ways to add value and excel in a changing environment.

Education, Experience and requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of successfully implementing software solutions
  • Local Government Experience beneficial
  • Experience in Process Mapping, Cascade, and/or Laserfiche beneficial
  • Your own computer is a must
