We’re seeking a driven SaaS Software Solutions Sales Consultant to join our team in South Africa. This role is designed for a strong relationship builder and solution seller who thrives on helping clients solve real municipal challenges.

Location: Remote, South Africa (12:30 – 21:00 Sunday to Thursday working North American hours)

Type: Full-Time

About the role

You will focus on converting qualified opportunities identified by our Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
Working alongside our presales experts, you’ll lead client conversations, shape solution proposals, and guide prospects through the sales process to close.
This role is client-facing and consultative.
You’ll represent Government Frameworks as a trusted advisor, ensuring municipalities understand how our SaaS solutions can address their governance, records management, automation, and service delivery needs.

What You'll Do

Client Engagement – Lead sales conversations with municipal leaders, listening to challenges and positioning our solutions as the answer.
Solution Selling – Work with presales experts to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that address client needs.
Sales Cycle Ownership – Manage the full sales process from first qualified meeting through to contract signature, ensuring a professional and positive client experience.
Revenue Growth – Consistently achieve personal sales targets and contribute to expanding Government Frameworks’ North American client base.
Relationship Building – Act as a trusted partner to municipalities, establishing long-term connections that drive repeat business and referrals.

What You Bring

3+ years’ proven experience in SaaS or B2B software sales, ideally within the government, public sector, or enterprise space.
Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
Experience working with structured RFP/RFQ processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Ability to work North American business hours from South Africa (12:30 - 21:00 Sunday to Thursday)
